Android app: SnapPOS also runs as an Android app on a single tablet, at the same prices. It comes as Lite, Core or Pro only; individual add-ons aren't available on Android.
Payment plans are available on software and hardware, at negotiable terms — ask us. Card processing is separate and depends on your processor.
Your processor may cover the software
SnapPOS works with any processor, so nothing about the software depends on who you pick. But if you are open to moving your card processing, most of the processors we work with will put money toward the software — often enough to cover it outright. They are competing for your volume, so the rate is on the table too — the same conversation that covers the software can usually beat what you pay per card today. Tell us who you process with today and we will tell you what yours is likely to do.
What a processor contributes is their decision, not ours, and it varies by merchant and volume. We will not quote you a number we cannot stand behind — the software price above is what you pay if nothing is covered.
Three registers, priced over three and five years

Competitor figures are published software subscription rates for a three-register setup, as of August 2026, and are shown as ranges because plans and regions vary — check current pricing with each vendor. Card processing and gateway fees are separate, apply to every platform including SnapPOS, and depend on your provider. Cloud platforms also typically require proprietary hardware, which often adds more than $1,000 on top. The SnapPOS figure is Core software and setup only.

SnapPOS runs on almost any computer, tablet or Android phone made in the last ten years. If what's on your counter still works, keep it — see the hardware compatibility list.
Bring your own
Already have a computer, monitor and scanner? Use them. There's no approved hardware list and nothing proprietary to buy.
Full POS bundle
Per register: computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, cash drawer, barcode scanner and receipt printer — delivered set up and ready. Touchscreen monitors available.
Card terminal
Keep your existing terminal and processor in most cases, or add a new PAX or Ingenico device that stays yours if you switch processors later.

Two add-ons cost the same as all four
Core plus two add-ons is $697. Pro is $699 and includes all four — register expansion, customers and invoicing, loyalty and timecards. If you want more than one, take Pro and stop doing arithmetic.

Before you ask
Is there really no monthly fee?
Not for the software. You buy it once and it keeps running. Card processing has its own costs, which apply on any POS and go to your processor, not to us.
What if I want to spread the cost?
We can split software and hardware into monthly payments at negotiable terms. Unlike a subscription, those payments have an end date and you own it afterwards.
Do I have to buy your hardware?
No. SnapPOS runs on almost any computer, tablet or Android phone from the last decade. A full POS bundle starts at $500 if you'd rather we supplied everything.
Can I start on Core and upgrade later?
Yes. The customer database is $99 on its own, or $198 bundled with loyalty, and register expansion to six registers is $99 — the same modules that make up Pro.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
The software carries on working regardless. Call us when you need us — we're in East Texas, so you get a local technician rather than a queue.
