Long-term support

After the first 30 days, you're not on your own.

Every SnapPOS install includes 30 days of local phone support. After that the software carries on working exactly as it did — and if you'd rather have someone on call for the whole shop, the people who built it do that too.

The software never needs a subscription

A support plan is a separate, optional service for your business — not a license fee for SnapPOS. You can take one, skip it, or cancel it later, and none of that changes anything about your till.

  • Buy SnapPOS once and never take a plan — it keeps working
  • Take a plan, then cancel it — it still keeps working
  • There is no switch on our side that turns your register off
Who's on the other end

The people who built your POS, not a call center

SnapPOS is built and maintained by PC Guru in East Texas — over 20 years doing commercial tech support for businesses across the region. When something on your counter misbehaves, you're talking to the team that wrote the software, not to a script.

They wrote it

No escalation path, no ticket bouncing between vendors. The person diagnosing your till has the source code open.

20+ years in commercial tech

Registers are one part of it. Networks, servers, printers and the messy real-world setups small businesses actually run are the day job.

Local, and able to show up

Based in East Texas and serving the surrounding towns. Some problems need hands on the hardware, and that's possible here.

What a plan can cover

Your whole shop, not just the till

When a register stops working, the fault is rarely where you'd expect — the app, the PC, the printer, or the internet, and each vendor will tell you it's one of the others. A plan here covers the whole path, not just the till.

Unlimited remote support

Phone and remote-session help for anything on your network — as often as you need it, without watching a clock or counting incidents.

Onsite visits included

Some faults need someone standing at the counter. Visits can be built into your plan rather than billed as a surprise every time something breaks.

SnapPOS updates & reinstalls

New versions applied for you, reinstalls after a hardware failure, password resets, and restoring from backup when a machine has to be replaced.

Whole-network IT

Back-office PCs, receipt and label printers, Wi-Fi, routers, email — the rest of the technology your shop depends on, covered by the same plan.

How it's put together

Built around your shop, priced after we've seen it

There's no fixed package here on purpose. A one-till salon and a three-lane convenience store need very different things, and quoting either from a web page would mean overcharging one of them.

Monthly or annual — you pick

Month to month if you'd rather stay flexible, or annual at a lower rate if you'd rather budget it once. No multi-year contract either way.

Scoped to what you actually run

We'll look at what's on your counter and in your back office, then put together a plan covering the things that would genuinely stop you trading.

Canceling doesn't break anything

Your inventory, your sales history and the software itself are yours and stay on your machines. Ending a support plan ends the support, and nothing else.
