The manuals, free to read before you buy.
Both documents ship with every install. They're here in full because the fastest way to judge a till is to read what your staff would be handed on day one — no form, no email address.
Owner & Cashier Guide
The full manual. Recommended hardware, getting set up, a day at the register, returns and refunds, inventory, history and analytics, customers and invoicing, settings, backups, and a troubleshooting section. Read section 3 if you want to know what using it actually feels like, or section 9 for the FAQ.
Cashier Quick Reference
Everything a cashier does in a shift, on two pages with screenshots: open the day, ring up a sale, split a payment, take a return, record cash in or out, close the register. Print it and keep it by the till — it is built to be pinned up, not filed away.
Both guides describe SnapPOS as it ships today, including multi-register and card payments. If something in your shop doesn't match what you read here, call us — that's a documentation bug and we'd rather know.
Where to go next
Every install includes support
30 days of local phone support comes with SnapPOS. Call and you get a technician, not a queue.
Longer-term cover
After that, PC Guru offers plans covering the whole shop network — not just the till software.
